Developing youth performance athlete levels (ages 7-18)

Mayhem Fitness offers Strength and Conditioning coaching for young athletes designed to teach the proper running form, basic weightlifting mechanics, and fundamental movement skills. Junior Athletes will learn coordination, proper posture, and specific movements that translate to their chosen sport. The training sessions are tough, instructional, and provide a foundation in movement and skills these JuniorAthletes can build on as they progress through their athletic career. Our main goal is to decrease injuries and give your young athlete more opportunities for success.
