Hi, I’m Dior May and I’ve been helping people with their nutrition for 10yrs plus now. I have written over 100 meal guides helping people have a better understanding of how to take control of their own eating patterns.

I love to take your favorite foods and find healthier ways of making them also, helping you understand the proper portion sizes, calories, and macros recommended for you personally.

My meal guides are based on meal prepping, so on your nonworking/free days, you would prepare most of your weekly meals taking the guesswork out of what to eat for the following week.

Being prepared helps eliminate snacking, unthought-out meal choices, or calorie-dense accidental eating patterns.

Within the meal guide, you receive a shopping list along with ingredients and recipes everything you need to help you take back control of your diet.  You can see a sample of this in the images provided.

Once you purchase this product you will receive an email with a downloadable PDF questionnaire containing all the questions I need to be answered to better help you. Once you have filled it in please email it back to me at and I will begin the process of creating your individual meal guide (normally around a week turn around)
