Six Pack Attack

Pick up a six-pack! This class is completely dedicated to helping you sculpt a six-pack by incorporating super-effective, ab-activating, firming and toning exercises.

Pilates

Combining upper and lower body flexibility and muscle lengthening moves while utilizing ligament and joint strength.

Circuit

Hit every muscle group as you burn calories zipping through stations of different fitness equipment from kettle bells to medicine balls and everything in-between. Perfect for any age, low impact, and fun for all.

Pram It Up45

This parents and babies class is a great way to do a workout with other likeminded parents, whilst keeping your babies on site. Bring your prams & toddlers who can be entertained in our onsite crèche.

Pump Addiction

Will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loaded barbells and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

METAFIT

Metafit is a massive phenomenon around the world, first created in the UK this HIIT workout quickly became a popular class. 30mins is all you need, bodyweight movements choreographed to commands with quick work to rest ratios. You can never be to fit for METAFIT as there is always room to improve.

Daily Grind

In this class each session is based on a different muscle group. You will train with a partner given to you based on your ability levels, so there is no need to go to the gym alone anymore! In this class you will do a gym workout with the group and your very own partner/spotter. Our trainers will help you gain muscle and tone up to you change your body shape.

Boxercise

Using pads and gloves this class develops fitness, coordination, strength and confidence. The ultimate workout inspired by traditional Boxing and Kickboxing.

Boot camp

Prepare to be taken to the limit in this Boot Camp strength training class, designed to sculpt your entire body, every class is unique and different to always keep you guessing. Inspired by Army Training.

Running Group

This is a snappy little run, which will get your blood pumping on hump day! We will mix it up with hills, intervals, fartlek runs, time trials, pacing drills, resisted running, sprints and easy jogs. This run will complement any running program, all fitness levels welcome.

Rec Day

See the Region with monthly Mountain, Gully, Gourge and Hill Treks that can take up to 6hrs and as little as 45mins, but be prepared to do some fitness in-between. These rec days will be advertised monthly prior to commencement.

KICKACISE

Kickacise is a fast paced kick boxing class for all fitness levels, we use kick bags and also do some boxing and other exercises during the workout. This one will get your heart racing.

HIIT Power/ METAPWR

HIIT Power is our introduction class to the upcoming METAPWR classes we will be providing in March 2019. HIIT power introduces the mixture of using equipment for high intensity interval training. In this explosive class you will burn loads of calories and use a mixture of equipment including ropes, sandbags, and more. Come give it ago!
