Mayhem Fitness is a private health and fitness boutique studio dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our Members and their families. Our guiding principle can best be achieved through the development and maintenance of a sound body and an alert mind. The central purpose of Mayhem Fitness is to offer individuals and organizations a unique health and fitness facility with programs and services that focus on the development of a healthy lifestyle, one that is sustainable for the rest of our clients lives by always teaching, training and helping in any way we can.

This is accomplished by providing virtually every program and service imaginable in a boutique studio. For families, couples and singles, young and mature aged, there is no better place to get fit and stay fit.

  • Father of 2 kids, Daughter and Son.
  • I was in the Australian Army for 7 years which included time in Special Forces, Parachute company and Army Physical Fitness Instructing.
  • Enjoy training my athletes.
  • Train Clients Internationally.
  • Competitive Boxer for 6 years, 50 wins only 1 loss.
  • Defence Force Basketball Team 2007-2013.
  • I have a bubbly personality, easy to get along with, always willing to lend a hand to others, and who doesn’t like long walks on the beach

  • I was a youth leader at Headspace Port Augusta helping run local events, and helping the youth understand the importance of health and fitness.
  • My passion is to help the people in my home town gain knowledge on how to be healthy for the rest of their lives.

About Me:

I am in my 30’s, with one young son at home. I became passionate about fitness 4 years ago, I was at my biggest and knew I needed to change. I started doing Personal Training with Bradley May and have now lost 80kgs, what kept me going through the hard times was the motivation to complete my first powerlifting comp which was in 2018.

I love powerlifting and now love living a healthy lifestyle it wasn’t easy but with the support from Mayhem I’ve never given up. I can’t wait to help others achieve their goals.
